Books and Merchandise from Store Inventory
If we typically stock an item, your purchase may be returned within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund, using the form of payment that you used on the original order. You are responsible for either shipping the item, or bringing it to the store to return in person. Items must be returned in sellable condition.
Books and Merchandise Not Typically Stocked
For items that we do not typically carry (items marked as "Available for Pickup/Shipping in 3-7 Days"), we are happy to offer store credit within 30 days of receiving your item(s) . You are responsible for either shipping the item, or bringing it to the store to return in person. Items must be returned in sellable condition.
Books Designated Nonreturnable
In rare cases, we are unable to accept a return for an item ordered from our site. This is the case when we do not typically stock an item and our distributor will not allow us to return the item. Damaged or Missing Items
Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order if any items are missing or damaged in transit. When possible, we will replace your item(s) and send you a return label for the damaged item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund using your initial form of payment.
